
Here we have a museum quality bronze European handgonne dating from the 14th century discovered in Germany. A bronze tube held in a straight wooden stock, ignited by poking a hot wire into the touch hole. Has a bore diameter of approximately 14mm, .55 caliber Dating from the 14th century.
